Software Developer who smokes looking for room (Portland)

Hello,
My name is Steven and I'm looking for a short term (2-3 months) room rental somewhere on the Eastside, starting around the middle of this upcoming week. I can pay anywhere from $600-$800 depending on the space, but I do want to rent from someone who is okay with me stepping outside in an area away from the house to smoke cigarettes and weed. I'm a software developer and spend nearly all of my time working, so you won't hear much out of me, and I'm a clean freak so I'll keep the space clean as well.
