I'm a full-time engineering student at PCC and am looking for a room to rent that is large enough for a bed, desk, and some workout space for a mat etc.
My classes are morning-to-night half the week and I am also working part-time as a housecleaner the other half of the week, so I'm usually fairly busy.
Mostly need something quiet, stable, and convenient until my degree program is up or I transfer (~2yrs)
My ideal move-in date would be within the month of January.
I have no pets or plans for a pet, but I don't mind living with them.
My hobbies are gardening, cooking, fitness, and I just picked up mandolin. I'm fairly tidy and have never missed rent before, happy to provide references.
