• Meeting with Owner for design consultation
• SITE PLAN:
• EXISTING FLOOR PLAN: Demolition areas. Existing electrical and mechanical systems.
• FOUNDATION PLAN: Concrete footings and walls. Piers and slabs.
• NEW FLOOR PLAN: All new improvements.
• ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL PLAN: basic showing lights, switches and outlets.
• FLOOR FRAMING PLAN: Lumber sizing, beams, headers, hardware. Window and door schedules.
• ROOF FRAMING PLAN: Ceiling joists, rafters, eaves, roofing, hardware.
• SECTIONAL AND DETAILS: Cross sections and details of construction.
*AS - BUILT PLANS: Draw existing structure take measurements.
FEES AND COSTS:
Drawing can be done for a flat rate or billed per hour.
