As a member of the parts counter, you will be responsible for dealing directly with the customers both in person and over the phone. A large portion of the job will be securing the right parts via Partsbook, inventory lists and online databases. You will also be responsible for processing orders and service requests.
The ideal candidate should have:
-Outstanding customer service! Experience in a customer service role is required to be considered for this position.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite
-A positive attitude!
-The ability to multi-task
-The ability to work on a team and well independently
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The following is not required but preferred:
-Previous or current experience in a parts counter role is extremely helpful
-Previous experience and/or knowledge of compressors
