We have an opening for an experienced full time (35-40hrs/week) Spa Concierge/Front Desk Receptionist, as well as part time (20 hrs/week). Must have experience working in a spa environment. Must be available evenings, weekends and Holidays. We are looking for an outgoing, upbeat, dedicated, committed, friendly and flexible employee to work with the best of clients, products and staff. -Responsible for scheduling all spa appointments and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly appointment schedule.
-Stock inventory, keep track of retail and backbar products
-Answer multiple line phone system, schedule appointments, screen and direct calls
-Provide general information and up sell Spa services and products to customers
-Ensure that every guests feels heard and cared for from the moment they walk in the door until the moment they leave the spa.
-Process orders and transactions accurately, experience checking people in and out
-Manage cash drawer and daily deposits
-Uphold and maintain Zama's mission, philosophy and image
-Handle insurance billing/claims/questions etc.
-Create room schedule for therapists every day
-Pull reports, assist Spa Director with administrative tasks
-Handle scheduling and meetings for Owner, Spa Director and Spa Manager
-Educate guests on products available for home care
-Make sure Laundry is pushed through at all times
-General cleaning and upkeep of the spa
