BASEBLOCKS AIR machine and accompanying BASEBAR . Space saving and effective strength and conditioning tools for your home. BASEBLOCKS air is as challenging as you make it, the resistance fan is as loud as a home box fan, not obnoxious at all. The Baseblock app has resistance training programs that utilize the Air machine and BASEBAR , using strength and calisthenics for a variety of different movements.

The AIR machine is compact , well built, and 65 pounds. The small screen display is not very bright, I had communicated with their customer service and they assured me it is functioning as it should.
