Lightweight. All zippers functional. Light patchwork (Marine Goop; see photos).
These panniers were made to be as aerodynamic as possible, containing an endoskeleton frame of ABS plastic.
The endoskeletons are intact in 3 of 4 of the panniers.
The 4th is repairable via splinting.
Or just continue using as-is. (Simply roll your pad or clothing into a small log and place it up front inside the pannier in order to replicate the round frame contour.)
These panniers are comparably low-volume, summertime panniers! So, you will need to fill all 4 for touring. Great for grocery shopping too!
Reflective piping for safer night riding mostly intact. All zippers work well. Secure attachment via thick posts.
If you want them to be waterproof again, I recommend inserting plastic liner bags or several heavy coats of waterproofing material via spray or brush. Or a polyethylene soak!
