We have an extra bedroom in our house available from now up until March 15. We decided to offer a flexible sublet for it, in which it can be rented out for however long you need (up until March 15 in which it will no longer be available). The price for the room is $25 per day and includes all utilities/wifi; a great deal! Smoke free and pet free home :-)
Common areas shared with 2 other amazing housemates. Location in NE Portland, right off of I-84 :-) and close to 82nd ave, groceries, food carts, etc.
Please reply if interested and be sure to include your phone number and a photo (it helps us to filter out drunks and junkies. You can see that we included one of ourselves too!). We likely wont reply if you didnt include this info.
While we are flexible with the term that you want to rent for, bear in mind that we are much more likely to take in someone who wants to rent for a longer term as opposed to just a few days. We will also need a security deposit of $300.
