Furnished, private rooms in 1902-built guesthouse in SE Buckman neighborhood between Hawthorne and Belmont.

Fully renovated in 2015 by a team of local artists, the house hosts short and medium term guests.

Every room has a queen memory foam bed, desk or table workspace, A/C, number code keyless door lock. Some rooms have private restrooms while others have private balconies and utilize shared restrooms, and other rooms are more basic. Monthly rates are between $1000 and $1700, depending on the room.

Utilities are included.
Free washer/dryer use.
Professional cleaner for common spaces at least once a week.

Shared spaces include living room with upright piano, record collect/player, chaise lounge, fireplace, mini library and hand-painted wall mural; dining room with 11-foot Doug Fir live edge table and comfortable loveseat; kitchen with stocked dishes, silverware, etc.; outdoor bench patios…fire pit in the backyard.
