This black/silver R-Series droid was made at the Droid Depot in Galaxy's Edge in Orlando (https://disneyland.disney.go.com/shops/disneyland/droid-depot/), which was a $120 experience at the time. It comes with a remote control, and it moves pretty realistically, pretty much just like the props in the movies. It also makes droid sounds, which can be customized with optional "personality chips" you can buy from Disney.
