Protimeter Flood Kit- It's everything you would need to assess and get the measurements one would need if they were to come to a job, scene, or there very own house or property. This kit is brand new it has never been used. My dad had bought it before he had passed, He was very much in the flooring business for decades and he had started to take bids for jobs that were distressed from water damage. And his old tool had broken right before and he went out and bought this unit. I knew it was expensive but I didn't know he spent almost 1500. So I'm assuming who ever buys it, knows what it is for and what the value is. So,please don't waste my time. I very much work 2 different jobs above full time. 600 is very much fair, if not a great deal for half at still new condition. Thank you for looking
