Many might figure....why buy when I can just start my own?

While true, its difficult to get a successful company going, and to do well financially. It's a struggle. The asking price of our company is much less than the worth.
We are a 30 year, established company with an excellent reputation, that someone could take over and do very well with, right off the bat. We have many commercial projects that we bid on, as well as many house painting jobs to bid. (being high up on Google matters a great deal, and most people don't realize that its difficult for someone else to take your spot once you're up there. (it's like king of the hill)
We rank high, or on the top of the first page of Google in just about any painting term search in Portland as well as being on the first page for searches in the suburbs.). Because of that, we had 342 visits to our website in January which is a lot, for the winter especially. We turn down even looking at many 100's of prospective jobs per year, including many commercial projects.
We're asking $49, 000 or best offer for the business and its's vehicles and equipment. (we want to be cashed out and not finance it)
To be your own boss, do quite well financially, and have a good business to sell when you're done, can be life changing for a person.
If you already have a painting business you could make an immediate jump to the next level of business and, with so many leads coming in, likely keep all the workers busy, yours and ours, and do very well for yourself.
We're only interested in people who may be serious buyers, so request that you send your email and phone number. We'd like to communicate with you first, and then send a prospectus to those to whom it seems the transaction might work out. We'd also provide a finder's fee to someone who lined us up with someone they know, and the business was successfully sold.
