Olympia Provisions / Olympia Meats is seeking a skilled project-based TIG welder to support ongoing fabrication and repair work. This is not a long-term full-time role, but we are not accepting bids/contract proposals—this position is temporary and hourly with the potential for additional projects in the future.

Pay: $35–$40/hr (DOE)
Current Hours Available: 25–30 hours immediately
Future Work: Larger projects in the pipeline
Schedule: As-needed, project-based
Payment: Issued bi-weekly with regular payroll

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in TIG welding

Experience working with food-grade stainless steel (primary material)

Ability to weld aluminum (occasional)
