We are a local, family-owned, roofing contractor looking for an experienced Roof Repair Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can confidently diagnose roof issues, and works well independently.
What you'll do:
Assess and diagnose a wide variety of roof repair issues
Perform residential roof repairs, including leak detection and correction
Document repairs and job details using our CRM app
Communicate clearly with customers and team members about repair needs
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in roof repair (shingle, flashing, leak repair, etc.)
Strong ability to assess and troubleshoot roofing problems
Basic comfort with technology (smartphone/tablet use, apps, photos, notes)
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and representing a small company professionally
