Builder Position
Duration: Temporary | Compensation: Based on Experience
We are currently seeking a Temporary Builder to assist in the construction of custom cabinetry and casework based on client needs and design specifications. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative workshop environment and takes pride in detailed craftsmanship.
Job Duties:
•Builds custom cabinetry and casework
•Respectfully takes direction from Lead Builder
•Operate various woodworking tools (power saws, jointers, shapers, hand tools, etc.)
•Reports quality and control issues to Lead Builder
•Monitors and identifies defects of materials and communicates said defects to Lead Builder
•Maintains a safe work environment and abides by all established safety standards
•Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
•Proven ability to perform all essential job duties safely and effectively
•Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or related construction work preferred
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Must follow all safety protocols and demonstrate attention to detail
