Only lived in for several months. Changing plans and just need to get my money out. Great home, sad to see it go. Comes with propane on demand, hot water, all furnishings which include a cooktop and air fryer for cooking, but a more permanent kitchen could be installed. It’s got a 240v 50 amp RV, plug and water inlet with interior water holding tank in case there are freezing temperatures. Incinerator toilet included.
