16ft, purchased brand new. Lots of extras. Custom solid 3/4" maple cabinets. Built in craftsman tool box with grip latch drawers. 12v deep cycle battery for led lights in cabinet area. Battery has a plug in in cabinet and battery render to keep charged. Volt meter. Battery still shiws full charge, and holds charge. Extra tie down points. Water proof rubber flooring. Carpet on lower half of wall. Upper half is maple. 110v installation for plugs and florescent lighting. 1 plug out side in water proof box. 3 plugs inside. On at cabinets. 1 each side of the rear end. Torsion axles. Extra wide man door. Lock bars on each door. Extra wheel and tire. It tows nice. Been kept under a car port since day 1. Kept waxed. Only looking to sell because we have out grown this one and need to get a bigger trailer.
It has a small wrinkle above the man door from something falling on it. Took to a custom van shop to check for damage. Does not leak, no structural damage. Just never replaced because covid caused a shortage of parts.
If you have ever purchased a new trailer, they cost a fortune and have problems from day 1. The welds are horrible. They leak. Things are not caulked correctly. We took time to go over the trailer before it's first trip or building the custom cabinets. She does not leak. The electrical is perfect and the shorts caused by the factory have been taken care of. We siliconed everything they missed at the factory. We painted the spots they missed on the underside. She will last, unlike most of what is being sent out at the trailer lots.
I don't need to sell this. I will keep both trailers. Plenty of places I can park or store. Plenty of friends who can/will borrow it. Not interested in how you can get a new stripped down trailer for the same price. 5k of extras have been added to my trailer. Less then 10,000 miles on it.
I have a title. Will have to meet at the bank so they can clear your check. And DMV so you can transfer the title after check has cleared.
