Superior Tank Lines Northwest Division
As a former professional petroleum driver, now a driver manager, I am looking to grow an established elite drive team of petroleum tanker drivers. Obviously, you wouldn't be on C-List looking at the jobs available if you are happy. Having experienced less than tolerable driving jobs in my past, I have some questions for you to ask yourself at your current company.

Does your current employer have drivers that are home every day, and that average over $80k per year? Do they have multiple drivers that earn over 90k and some over 100k! All the while working FMCSR LEGAL hours!

Do you have a dedicated start time everyday, so you know when you will be expected to report for duty?
WE DO!

Does your company pay you starting at your dedicated start time if something out of your control stalls you from starting (I.E. flat tire, truck not available, etc.)
WE DO!

Does your current job get you home EVERYDAY?
WE DO!

Does your company pay you for every hour worked? (I.E. stuck in traffic, waiting at the loading/unloading site)
WE DO!

Does your company pay you time and a half over 40 for your long hard worked hours?
WE DO!

Does your company put in WRITING every benefit, pay structure, policy, procedure and expectation of you as a professional driver and have you and a manager sign it together, so nothing is hidden from you?
WE DO!

Does your current company have one of the best CSA scores on the west coast in its class?
WE DO!

Does your company give you a 3-day weekend every other week, so you can have a life outside of work and still be home everyday?
WE DO!


Does your company have managers and safety officers in place that were former drivers doing the same job you do? Or is the person in charge ever been in a truck dealing with the "ya hoo's" on the road you encounter every day?
WE DO!

Does your company have someone available to assist you with any challenges or issues you may face 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and not be annoyed but willing to help you on odd hours?
WE DO!

Does your current company provide STEADY, YEAR ROUND work?
WE DO!

Does your company pay 70-80% of your dependent health coverage?
WE DO!

Does your company provide clean uniforms for every shift, so you (or your spouse) don't have to do the laundry and ruin your own clothes?
WE DO!

Does your company outfit their vehicles with the latest technology of safety devices to help keep you safe? (I.E. anti-roll over device, trailer auto inflate system, dash cams, etc.)
WE DO!

Does your company provide compensated and thorough training to ensure your success in a new career?
WE DO!

Does your company ensure that driver comforts to reduce fatigue during your shift are met? (I.E. air conditioning, quiet cab interiors with quiet exhaust, smooth riding air ride equipment?
WE DO!

Does your company offer unlimited overtime to make the big bucks? (ONLY up to FMCSR hours of service restrictions of course!)
WE DO!

Does your company provide support if you are running close to FMCSR hours of service restrictions? Will they come get you, even if only 15 minutes or less from the yard to protect YOUR CSA score as well as theirs?
WE DO!

Does your company provide the superior customer service to be the top rated carrier in the nation for their customers?
WE DO!

Does your company compensate your vacation pay based on a weekly hourly average from the work year versus a flat 40 hours like most?
WE DO!

Does your company only hire truly qualified candidates to meet the highest of standards to build an elite team of professionals?
WE DO!

Does your company offer a $950 quarterly safety bonus every year, versus a one time only sign on bonus?
WE DO!

Does your company pay for your DOT physical?
WE DO!

Does your company give you confidence that it is a fully compliant and safety driven organization FOR YOUR SAFETY!
WE DO!

Does your company provide a progressive pay structure for years of service?
WE DO!

Does your company provide 7 paid holidays?
WE DO!

Does your company have managers that treat you like they are your "coach" and not a tyrant jerk?
WE DO!

Does your company provide you with a sense of NON-hostile and friendly environment?
WE DO!

If you answered yes to all the above, you probably already work for me, in that case... shame on you for looking on C-List! LOL!

To be eligible for this position you MUST have 15 months verifiable class A experience pulling any type of trailer, haz mat and tank endorsements, a clean driving record, be willing to work nights to start if needed, and be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
