PENDING - Non-working Softub (Portland)

About 8-10 years old, 330 gallon model.
It was working until recently when it started losing lots of water each day. It appears that there’s a break in the plumbing in the body of tub somewhere. I believe the motor section is working correctly.
Including all my spa related materials as well: chemicals, filters, net.
