Paid $600 at Costco for this in 2023. We moved and don't need it anymore. It works very well and is quiet. It has a remote and can be controlled via the app ConnectLife. It's handy to be able to turn it on before you come home so your room is cool. It's very clean and has a lot of life left in it. I successfully mounted it in both vertical and horizontal slider windows. It looks like refurbished ones sell for $250. New ones are still ~$600. This one is gently used and comes from a pet free, smoke free home. Has some extra weather stripping.
