This is an extremely clean boat and has been well maintained by a USCG-licensed chief engineer and captain. Boat has been stored in a boathouse during winters for the last 10 years. Boathouse with studio apartment is also available. Boat is currently in Portland, OR.
Asking price for the boat is $69,500. Asking price for the boathouse is $85,000. Package price is $145,000. Reasonable offers considered. Note that the boathouse is moored within a yacht club and buyer would have to become a member to keep the boathouse and boat there. Membership/moorage/water and sewage total about $530/mo. Boathouse and package prices include water rights within the yacht club. If you want to move the boathouse to a different moorage, boathouse price can be reduced to $75,000 or package price can be reduced to $135,000 reflecting omission of the water rights from the deal.
Complete spare used engine and large collection of new spare parts available for additional cost.
I have already moved up. This boat needs a new captain. Make an offer.
