Antique cast iron door latch - $70 (Cannon beach)

I’ve had it for nearly 40 years myself. Moving it from house to house on interior doors as additional locking mechanism with a twist of nostalgia.
I built a little portage but it ends up the door and trim configuration won’t work to facilitate this awesome old gal.
In very good condition and works perfectly. This item comes with provenance. It’s a piece my dad grabbed for me when contractors were dismantling an 1800’s coach house in Bucks county Pennsylvania.
I did a little research online but couldn’t find an exact match, or even one that came with the latch, chain AND catch. This has everything.
It feels like $ 70 is a very fair price for this gal.
