$96000 / 3484ft2 - Last buildable lot in Rockaway Beach (Rockaway Beach, OR)

1234
Ocean Street near Nehalem Street

land

This is the very last buildable lot in the cute downtown part of Rockaway Beach. Walk to the beach, restaurants, antique stores, ice cream and taffy shops, the train, etc.

Perfect flat lot on a quiet cul de sac (all other lots on our small block have cute houses on them). The across-the-street houses (towards the beach) are all single story homes, and the downtown of Rockaway is built on a gentle upward slope from the beach, so you'll have a lovely view of the longest beach in Oregon from your second story when you build your dream house. There is green space with massive trees and greenery that can never be built on to one side of the lot (Photo 3 shows the end of the street and the other vacant lot next to ours is beyond the barricade). The other side of the lot has a cute house with great neighbors. Lot size is .08 acres. The land is ready for building -- great newer paved street and all utilities right in front of the property (including cable).

If you've never been to Rockaway Beach you owe it to yourself to take a day trip (only 1.5 hour drive from Portland). It looks like old-fashioned seaside towns on the East Coast. They don't allow chain restaurants or billboards, so it has that old-timey feel and a very strollable main street. There is a cute old-fashioned train (looks like the Hogwart's Express!) that has a station in Rockaway Beach (walkable from this lot!). Rockaway has the longest sandy beach in Oregon (7 miles long!) and is also known for their massive Fourth of July celebration.

For more information and directions please email above. I can also send you a drone video!

This one won't last!
