Mortgage Operations Lead

Salary: $70K+ DOE

What Matters Most:
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in title, collateral, banking or mortgage operations
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office required, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
  • SQL knowledge a plus
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Your New Role:

This company is rewriting the rules when it comes to residential and commercial mortgages, and they’re looking for a standout candidate to helm this operation. As a Mortgage Operations Lead, you’ll own all aspects of vendor management from onboarding to proactively maintaining and building relationships. Working closely with the department manager, you’ll create metrics, best practices, and provide mentorship to the rest of the team. In addition, you’ll process lien releases, clear document exceptions, and update policies for all department functions. Ideally, you have stellar time management and organizational skills and you’re a pro at developing working relationships with stakeholders. If you have some legal research experience under your belt, all the better!
