Payroll Specialist

Job Number: 44243

Salary: $45K-$55K DOE

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon

What Matters Most:
  • 2-3+ years of experience
  • Payroll experience required
  • Experience in MS Office and Paylocity required
  • Knowledge of wage and hour regulations and tax laws affecting payroll required
  • High School diploma, Associate’s degree, and Bachelor’s degree required
Your New Role:

If you’re used to working independently to check things off your list and tackling problems all on your own, you’ll be perfectly primed to transition into this awesome Payroll Specialist role. You’ll be in charge of full-cycle payroll for a rapidly growing and diverse company. When we say high-volume, we mean it – think 600+ employees! In addition to entering employee time information into the system, you’ll create audit reports and calculate tax withholdings. Because payroll work is so granular (and important!), you’ll need to be detail-oriented and efficient.
