I own and Want to sell for $10,000, or trade for classic car in excellent condition of equal value for 2 Burial Plots for sale at Finley Sunset Hills Memorial Park and Mortuary, overlooking Beaverton, Oregon. Valued at $7995 each, or both would be $15,990 if bought at the cemetery. I am owner, for both of them and am selling them for $10,000 for both plots. If you get a burial plan with them, they will waive the fees of $695for one or $1695 for both if individually bought, for the title transfers fee. If interested you can pay me for them at the cemetery,(cash only) or trade for ford or Chevy classic car in perfect condition while we will have to make an apt. at the cemetery to transfer that title and register with them to make them yours. If you go to Sunset Memorial Cemetery, they can give you directions to see the plots at the Garden of Avalon, Lot 120, Spaces 5 and 6. They are toward the west side of the cemetery.
