Complete Surface Mount line. Been in production until May12th - we are moving production to another location. All equipment works as it should. We have 1 semi-automated stencil machine, two Mydata TP9-2 pick and place machines (we were building 1/2 of the board with one machine and the other 1/2 with the other machine to double production and reduce the number of times magazines had to be swapped), one Heller 1088 4 zone reflow oven - we were reflowing lead-free solder. We have lots of magazines (about 27) for the Mydata machines. We also have a 3rd TP9-2 that we use for spare parts - there are only a handful of things taken from it. We have reliably placed 0603 parts and 68pin QFNs.
