The frame on this bike is designed for a rider 5'-00" to 5'-03" tall with a stand-over height of 29.5" at mid-point along the top-tube. It's in like-new condition and components show little signs of wear, use, or abuse. The paint has very few minor scratches.
msrp 2012 was ~ $1600.00 as equipped.
It's been well cared for and is now clean, lubed, tune, and ready to ride. The wheelset has sealed cartridge bearings....shifting, braking, and wheel components are tuned. It's light weight at just under 20 lbs.
