This is a solid, trailerable pocket cruiser/racer (LOA 23', beam 8', ~2700 lbs displacement) with a swing keel for easy shallow-water access and trailering (note: no trailer included—buyer will need to arrange transport.

Hull and deck in good shape—solid fiberglass, no major issues.
Standing and running rigging in good working order.
Recently serviced 2005 Mercury Marine 8 HP outboard—runs strong and reliable for getting in/out of slips or motoring.
