Atompod Integration provides Managed IT Services and Project Management to Retail / Restaurant / Healthcare and Tech Industry throughout the United States. We are actively seeking individuals and service partners with Field Services experience to help fulfill service requests and projects when someone is needed on location. This is a great opportunity to get work and projects for yourself!
We’re expanding our network and are actively seeking experienced individuals and service companies to help us meet growing service demands!
As an IT Field Technician, you will:
â–¶Receive service requests for Project Installs, Service Calls, and Emergency Tickets from our Service Teams.
â–¶Be free to control which jobs to take and will be a self-directed performer. If you need support, we offer help remotely from our NOC and Service Teams!
â–¶Have onsite jobs assigned based on your location, available tools, and technical expertise. Most work will be within one hour of your home location, but we offer travel outside of that distance.
â–¶Be expected to dress professionally (clean jeans or slacks, and a solid-color sweater, shirt such as a polo).
▶Maintain an active Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
â–¶Carry essential tools and equipment, including a ladder and materials necessary for completing tasks.
â–¶Have a smartphone capable of high-quality photos, cellular hotspot, and a Windows laptop for all service calls and projects.
We’re looking for independent field technicians and businesses that have active experience in:
â–¶Networking and Device Troubleshooting Skills
â–¶IT & Telecom Equipment Installations
â–¶Network Structured Cabling, such as CAT6 or Optical Fiber
â–¶IP Cameras and CCTV
â–¶Audio/Video systems, Wiring and Amplifiers
â–¶POTS, as well as IP Telephony
â–¶Operating Scissor Lifts and/or Boom Lifts
â–¶Understanding of Low-Voltage and Electrical Systems
We are also seeking partners with experience as:
â–¶High-Voltage Electricians
â–¶Fiber Optics Technicians
â–¶Phone System Programmers
Key Requirements:
Customarily engaged in the independent trades listed above, and have:
â–¶Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
â–¶Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation.
â–¶High-speed internet access at home.
â–¶A smartphone with hotspot access (Android or iOS) to capture photos and signed paperwork.
â–¶Drug-free with a clean background.
â–¶Must be Legally Authorized to Work in the United States.
Please Note: This position is not a direct hire (W2) employment offer and does not guarantee a specific number of jobs or hours. You will receive a 1099 tax document each year. The volume of work will vary based on customer demands, service areas, and feedback ratings.

- Pulling new cables and installing patch panels
- Installing network devices like PCs, Cameras, Servers
- Experience with AV equipment
- Wall-Mounting Network Racks, and Network Equipment
- Other Smarthands Tasks
