Job Description (What You'll Be Doing):
• Managing a 500-unit facility and front office
• Converting rental inquiries into new customer rentals (sales)
• Customer relations and professional communication
• Managing leasing contracts and accurate record keeping
• Coordinate schedules and daily office task
• Maintain clean and organized office
If You Have:
• Ability to anticipate, be proactive, and take initiative
• Attention to detail, organizational habits
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Time management - ability to prioritize tasks
• Comfortable with computers and general office software
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Compensation: Start with fair-based pay, we offer a significant pay increase within your first 15/30 days based on your ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative. The faster you catch on, the faster you move up.
Schedule: Core schedule is Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays with opportunity to expand the schedule.
