Are you an EXPERIENCED Leasing Agent? Do you have outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS with ORGANIZATIONAL PANACHE? Do you have an ability to stay organized while multi-tasking? Are you available to work weekends? If you answered yes to these questions, this Leasing Agent position may be FOR YOU!!! If you have LEASE-UP experience, we really want to talk to you!

This individual will work FULL TIME, 32 hours per week, at a beautiful BRAND NEW Apartment Complex in the Bethany Area featuring 149 Units. The schedule is Thursday through Monday--WEEKENDS ARE A MUST. You are not required to live onsite for this position. This F/T 32 hour per-week position is eligible for health insurance the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

The Leasing Consultant assists the Property Manager with all aspects of property management, with an emphasis on leasing apartments.

* Excellent communication skills.
* Punctual and detail oriented.
* Prior property management experience preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED.
* Must have the ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES and ABILITIES
The Leasing Consultant will assist the Property Manager in showing units and screening prospective residents, collection and tracking of payments, preparation of paperwork and notices while maintaining files and records. Maintaining courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.
