We are a vibrant and enthusiastic Farmers Insurance agency in the Beaverton area looking to grow our team. Our ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional that enjoys working with a stable and close knit team. You must be able to provide strong administrative and sales support to our team, customers and clients. You see the big picture and eagerly support the sales goals of our agency to meet long term and short term goals for agency growth. This includes new business, cross sell opportunities, customer service retention and profit goals.
You will be required to share and manage office admin responsibilities.
Cross sell all products at every opportunity.
Follow up on and maintain calendar for the account executives.
Review cancellations and renewal lists on a regular basis to ensure high level of retention and profitability.
Qualities and experience:
Looking for someone who can work 4 days a week and the occasional 5th day as needed.
