I have an unused ZTE Mobley Hotspot VM6200 that can be connected directly to your vehicle's OBD port. This gives any car 1996 or later WiFi capabilities. Also, can be moved car to car or be used as independent hotspot (need usb-to-OBD cable).

I bought this as a spare as they were hard to find but never needed - so now getting rid of. Comes with a few spare OBD extension cables so can mount to different location vs. hanging directly on your OBD port.

This is compatible with most carriers but launched in partnership with AT&T.
