The Role
We are looking for a focused, ambitious Line Cook to help us maintain the quality our customers love. You’ll be the engine of the kitchen, ensuring every plate is perfect.
Prep: Set up stations and master our signature sauces and vegetable prep.
Execute: Cook menu items with speed and precision alongside our kitchen crew.
Maintain: Keep a clean, organized station and assist with inventory management.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous BOH or line experience is preferred, but a great attitude and a "hunter" mentality win every time.
Reliability: You show up for your team and meet your scheduling commitments.
Kitchen Intuition: You can anticipate the next order and proactively support your teammates during a rush.
Detail-Oriented: You care about the "small things"—from the perfect garnish to a spotless station.
