Optelec Clearview C Speech OCR device with 24" TOUCH screen. Touch screen is attached to an arm that allows for up down in out right left movement. Extremely well thought out and easy to use. Built into the touch screen is an OCR auto reader scanner. Take a picture of the whole page and the computer processes the page and IT WILL READ TO YOU. Touch what you want read and save pages for later viewing and reading.
My loved one with macular degeneration was able to read and listen to books and newspapers. Adjustable voice speed, and voices. It can be used for activities like crosswords, writing letters, checks, bills, picture collages and hobbies like coin and stamp collecting. Original cost was $2,500.
