Please note a few issues, this is not leather but vinyl and parts of the char and ottoman is cracking, please see images. Also chair is going to the side (right side), looks like either the back or the bottom swivel part needs fixing. Not sure why the bottom legs are not bolted down to the chair but the legs come apart when you pickup the chair. See last photo.
