DRYER VENT CLEANING:
$85. Flat rate. Dryer take too long? Over time lint builds up in the pipe. This becomes a major cause of home fires. We clean inside the lint trap housing, the flex pipe and the entire distance to outside. More info below.

AIR DUCT CLEANING:
$185 for up to 10 vents and 1 return (the larger intake vent), $15 per vent if you have over 10. Count your vents and calculate the price, that is what the final charge will be. More info below.

Organic Fogging:
$35. We spray a natural, safe organic compound that kills odor, dust mites and allergens in your system. This is great if you have allergies or a rodent passed away in your system.

Ceiling Fans:
$20. Bathroom, laundry room, etc, these fans are typically very filthy, just look up and check. Over time these get louder and burn out or cause an electrical fire. Clean every 6 months.

Refrigerator Coils:
$25. This should be done to keep it's efficiency up. Clogged coils use more electricity. The main failure of a fridge is typically the compressor, keeping the coils clean prolongs the life of the unit. Clean every 6 months.

Lifetime metal furnace filters:
$65. Washable, reusable, lifetime metal furnace filters, quit throwing your money away every 3 months, these are washable in a sink, by hose or dishwasher, depending on size. Lifetime warranty, never buy a cardboard filter again!

DRYER VENT INFO: Having your dryer pipe fully cleaned out may lessen drying time and allows your dryer to use less power. Is your dryer leaving your clothes damp when the cycle is finished and you need to run it again? Don't run out and buy a new dryer, you may only need to have a cleaning done. The amount of lint that gets past the lint trap often shocks homeowners when we show them. Fire departments recommend this be done every 2 years. Cleaning the lint trap is great, but it is not enough.

*Fires can occur when lint builds up in the dryer or in the exhaust duct. Over time lint can block the flow of air, cause excessive heat build-up, and result in a fire in some dryers.

*We clean inside lint trap, the flex duct, the floor behind both units, the whole pipe all the way outside (homes vary)

*We also specialize in multi unit buildings and condominiums at a discount. We work closely with the H.O.A. to schedule and clean all units to ensure the efficiency and safety for all owners and tenants.

*We use a pipe snake with brush and heavy duty vacuum/blower.

AIR DUCT CLEANING INFO:
Air ducts should be cleaned every 3-5 years. Pull up a heating register in your floor and have a look. Even new homes have drywall dust and construction debris, not the best to be breathing. If you have allergies, are having a baby, have children or elderly in your home, or if you have remodeled you may want to have us come out. We will also put a new filter in your furnace if you have one or clean it if it's washable. We also clean up as much as we can safely reach in the furnace.

We use Rotobrush equipment, a powerful portable vac with a 35ft hose that has a brush that knocks the debris loose and sucks it up within the pipe, going room to room. We offer very competitive rates, are insured and guarantee our work. Shoes off in the house and on time. No up-selling, you know our price before we show up, walk through your home and count how many vents you have, our pricing is above. (Don't fall for bait and switch coupons in the papers.) 9 years in business, well rated and award winning on Angieslist where customers rate our service. We service Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, Oregon City, Gresham, Troutdale, Hillsboro and more...
