Community Builder - Technician Acquisition (Recruiting) & On-Boarding

Responsible for finding and bringing experienced technicians to the Puls Technician Community, ensuring they are set up for success with Puls.

At Puls, we are changing the way people think about home services. Just a few years ago, we were disrupting the way a person could have their iPhone glass replaced, bringing a tech to the customer when the customer requested instead of having to go to a mall kiosk and stand in line. Now, we are changing the way all home services are delivered to customers with convenience and transparency never before seen in this industry.

For the Technicians that work with Puls, our technology presents an easy and flexible way to earn money. We are partnering with OME manufacturers to deliver an unprecedented level of service to an existing group of customers. In our current markets, we are putting skilled Technicians to work elevating their earning potential. And we are thinking about the future and expanding to new markets. We are adding new verticals. We are becoming the trusted brand that represents a new era of home services.

Delivering on this is not easy - it takes leaders who understand our operations, who can adapt to a rapidly changing business, and who can solve problems when a solution is not currently available.

We are looking for an experienced person to bring their skills to our team of Community Builders and grow the support that delivers these services to our customers -- our Technician Partners.

As a Community Builder, you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. This will include using digital and non-digital channels as well as 'boots on the ground" tactics in markets across the US.

Puls Technicians are the face of the company and having the right people representing us is key to our success. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and on-boarding technicians across the country that fit our outstanding customer service DNA.

We screen all potential techs backgrounds and evaluate their skill-sets to ensure we are only working with qualified technicians that meet our strict standards. Less than 10% meet the requirements and are brought onto the Puls Technician Community.

What You will Do
Work with team to create acquisition strategies and success metrics
Create technician requirement requisitions with requirements and qualifications that match the specific needs for each of our verticals and services
Attract technicians by posting requisitions across various channels, including digital and non-digital, b2b, and in person/on the ground campaigns
Determine potential technician qualifications by reviewing technician skill assessments, background screening, professional communication abilities, and customer service skills
Design, improve and optimize community building processes, tools and workflows

Operations or recruiting experience, preferably with engineers or technicians
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft, and Google Docs and online search & navigation
Ability to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly workload
Comfortable in a high-intensity startup environment with variable hours (willingness to work some weekends, be on-call to resolve issues as they come up, and travel as required)
