Fast-paced, office in Sherwood seeks an Administrative Assistant. Experience with Microsoft office suite, familiarity with other office software, including QuickBooks is beneficial
JOB FUNCTION: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Invoicing customers using Quickbooks
Handling Returns and other customer service issues
*Print Shipping labels from Stamps.com, UPS World-Ship, FedEx Ship Manager, among others.
*Assisting shipping department with packing orders when needed, at times this could occupy a good portion of the work day.
*Making travel arrangements for trade shows and salesmen business trips
*Managing salesmen and tradeshow sample kits
*Assist in keeping office area tidy and clean
*Assist Customer service with answering phones in a timely manner, and resolve issues
*Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task
*Must have experience with Microsoft Excel
*Willingness to jump in whenever and wherever is needed with desire to help.
