We are a rapidly growing Natural & NON GMO Asian food company. We have just relocated into a brand new facility March 2018 in Tualatin, OR. We have a need for a full-time receptionist/office admin. that is also in charge of online orders.
This full time position is Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM.
Responsibilities and Duties:
**Processing, packing online orders and samples**
Requires working inside temp. controlled production floor to package perishable online orders.
Handle customer email, and phone messages
Answer phone and direct/screen calls
Checking and managing emails/mail
Reconcile credit card/ bank statements
Match POs with bills
Filing, invoicing, creating/editing documents
Assisting sales and management team
Scheduling, booking trips, etc...
Order general office supplies
Manage daily production inventory
Maintain a pleasant rapport with office visitors, customers, and vendors.
General office admin maybe asked that are not included.
