Established Portland Metro based company is seeking an individual to provide support to the Sales Team and Client.

This is at times a fast-paced dynamic position integral to the successful completion of each deliverable.
Project time from sales order to install/final billing can range from a few days to six months or longer.
Excellent communications skills are a must. This position interacts with a wide variety of people in varying positions. You will provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers including client/owners, delivery drivers etc. via telephone, text, email and in person.
This position supports the office team by performing daily operational tasks such as answering phones, filing, inventory, email campaigns etc.
Sales Support – Order review, Purchase Order creation and Invoicing.
Client Support – Provide estimated and actual delivery dates, installation documents, track invoicing/payments, follow up.
Vendor/Manufacturing – Order submittal via Purchase Order, payment tracking, schedule and confirm shipment.
Office environment with attached showroom/shop/warehouse.
Majority of time is spent in the office however frequent visits to the shop to check inventory or to verify information is a requirement.
You will be knowledgeable and familiar with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), multiline telephone system and general office equipment. Familiar with basic accounting (A/P) is considered a plus.
