**chicks floofy💛sweet chicks**

Native California Valley Quail and the naturalized eastern American Native Bobwhite Quail.

Hatching out weekly. You need a safe coop, heat, Quail feeders and aterers(extremely shallow water dish with sand or pebbles) GAME BIRD Starter Crumble (never chick starter!) Rehome fee applies. Birds deserve great homes that can afford to care for them too. Research wild quail chick care. I will ask you questions! Much different care than chickens or other poultry.

These amazing little native guys are great urban coop birds! All their different calls and vocalizations are so relaxing and interesting. Beautiful and can be imprinted for lovely in hand or shoulder pirate pets! Bobwhite lay more than 200 eggs a year and both species eat lots of bugs! Beats Chicken tv every time bringing some wild into the city🏕️

Please help your local rural and suburban (likely devastated:() quail populations. Research great habitat and find some not utilized near you! *Always check for and remove parasites prior to release. Keep them in a coop/run until 12 weeks old and open the door. Continue to place feed and water in the coop until they disperse themselves and for awhile after. Often they will return to the coop to feed and at night for several weeks after release. Helps them in the transition to establish as wild birds.
They will live their interesting lives and nest right nearby. Nothing like seeing your fatherbabies babies year after year and giving back to mother earth.
