3.0L ecodiesel with 184k miles on it. Running 5 new glow plugs installed; last glow plug stuck in the head. No issues with engine, it does start and run, had glow plug light on due to the one bad glow plug. Replace the head or if you are mechanically inclined, and can pull the last glow plug.
