Yearly HOA Dues are $4524 per year. The special assessments have already been paid off on this
specific home. The dues cover maintenance & repair of the club facilities; Water service and Sewer; Dredging and weed control, clubhouse, tennis, swimming, and overall operation of Fishhawk.
Fishhawk Lake is a private lake and is manmade. The lake is about 1 1/4 miles long and has about 2 3/4 miles of shoreline. It is approximately 75 acres in size and 500 feet above sea level. Three springs and a mountain fed stream assure a year round flow of water. At the west end of the lake, a 42’ diameter, 20’ feet “Glory Hole” spillway maintains the desired lake water level. A 200’ long fish ladder containing a series of stair-stepped pools provides for steelhead and salmon access to the lake. The lake is home to Cutthroat Trout, Steelhead and various species of Salmon.
