Apartment Manager needed for large property in Beaverton

compensation: $22-$24/hr + cell phone allowance + mileage reimbursement.

We are looking to add a motivated individual to our team who has experience in residential property management, is organized, and enjoys fostering a positive environment for residents and co-workers. The Property Manager for this 180 - unit community in Beaverton would oversee a staff of 3 and has experience working as part of a team. This is a full time position at 40 hours per week, employee scheduled to work Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm.

Duties include:
Office Management
Leasing
Basic accounting
Keeping resident rental records
Working with vendors
Resident relations
Grounds, light housekeeping

Job requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Good time management
Computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
Previous experience in apartment management preferred
Valid driver license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation
