Do you have CURRENT property management experience in OREGON? Are you looking for a resident-manager position with a 25% DISCOUNT on rent in TUALATIN?

C&R Real Estate Services Co. is seeking a FULL-TIME 40/hr week Resident Property Manager for Cypress Gardens and Casa De Robles. This is a great opportunity for an experienced on-site manager! The Property Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of leasing apartments, grounds keeping, readying units to rent, and common area cleaning for all three communities. Ability to supervise maintenance staff is required. There is a washer and dryer in the apartments as well as garages, and pets are not allowed. There is manager's office that is separate from the living quarters. Manager will be NOT be required to live on-site but if you do, you will receive 25% off rent.

RESPONSIBILITIES and ABILITIES
The Property Manager is responsible for showing units and screening prospective residents; collection and tracking of payments; placing Craigslist ads and entering data into the computer; preparation of paperwork and notices; maintaining files, records, grounds and common areas. Developing and sustaining courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.

- Walking grounds and keeping them tidy
- Enforcing rules fairly
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer knowledge
- Respond to after hour calls for emergencies
- Make sure that all reports are in on time.
- Bilingual Preferred
- 2+ Years of Property Management Experience in Oregon is required.
- Experience with AMSI or E-Site required

REQUIRED SKILLS
The Resident Manager must have great customer service skills, be punctual and detail oriented. The Resident Manager must also have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and be self motivated and energetic. Our Resident Manager should also possess the ability to learn quickly, have stellar attention to detail, and applicant must be able to pass a criminal background investigation if offered the position.
