I am a line cook who spent the last 6 months working at a Mediterranean restaurant. I filled in other roles within the restaurant including prep and dishpit. I am searching for employment near my home zip code, near Washington Square Mall, but am willing to travel across Portland for the right job.
I have previous prep and restaurant experience that includes FOH. A combined FOH/BOH position would be also of interest!
As my past managers and coworkers stated, I am fast, reliable, a team player and able to be in a fast paced environment. I would love nothing more than to find a place to immerse into my passion of cooking, especially if it is Mediterranean or other culturally focused cuisine.
