Detail-oriented and highly reliable administrative professional seeking a remote position, with availability to come into the office occasionally as needed. I bring 7 years of experience in the escrow department of a title company, working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines are critical.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Data entry with extreme attention to detail
Accounting support and bank deposits
Wire transfers and issuing checks
Handling highly sensitive personal and financial information
Processing legal and time-sensitive documents
Maintaining accuracy under strict compliance requirements
Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely
Professional Background:
7+ years in an office setting within the escrow department of a title company
Extensive experience supporting transactions requiring precision, discretion, and timeliness
Availability:
Monday–Friday
Flexible hours
Remote preferred or available between 10am-4pm most days.
