The stuff you will do:
• You will prospect, networking, email and phone.
• You will qualify prospective clients.
• You will create and present proposals.
• You will secure opportunities for you or a Fixed Fee IT team member to present as a knowledge leader.
• You will develop strong community relationships.
• You will conduct in-person meetings with C-level SMB leaders.
• You will execute a sales strategy that highlights Fixed Fee IT’s culture, methods and security focus.

What you need to know:
• While we have been delivering amazing IT service for almost 25 years, sales has mostly been principal-driven. We need help creating and executing a replicable process.
• This is a job for someone that can go get leads. There is marketing support, but not the kind that fills your pipeline effortlessly. We are working on it, but you should be someone that can find and convert prospects independently.
• We care deeply about our brand and how we are perceived in the community, so your sales style matters.
• This is a hunting position.
• You must be Portland based.
• Experience with the Sandler Sales methodology a plus.
• IT service or MSP experience a plus.
• Employment contingent upon a clean background check.
